3-Storey Victorian House Renovation

This project involved the complete interior painting and decorating of a three-storey Victorian family home. The aim was to refresh the property while preserving its original architectural character, combining timeless period details with a bold contemporary colour palette.

Careful preparation was carried out throughout the house before painting began, ensuring smooth surfaces and long-lasting finishes. Walls, ceilings, staircases, fitted cabinetry, doors and decorative woodwork were professionally finished using complementary colours that enhance each room while maintaining a consistent design throughout the property.

Rich blues and greens were selected to create individual character in different spaces, balanced by warm neutral tones and crisp white architectural details. Existing period features including bay windows, mouldings, staircases and built-in furniture were highlighted rather than concealed, allowing the home's original craftsmanship to remain the focal point.

The completed project demonstrates how thoughtful colour selection, detailed preparation and professional decorating can completely transform a traditional Victorian house while respecting its historic character.
